All items will be shipped through USPS, typically Priority Mail. You will receive a shipment notification message as soon as your order is shipped. The shipment notification may include a tracking number if one was provided to me. If you'd like to purchase shipping insurance for your order please let me know.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please be aware that shipping charges are for shipping only. Your country may charge additional taxes, duties or customs fees that you will be responsible for.
If you need the item(s) by a specific date, please let me know prior to payment so that I can prioritize orders and change the shipping charges (if needed).
Production time is calculated from the time I receive all the necessary information to personalize your item. Each of my custom items requires time to ensure high quality. I may send you a photo or proof to approve prior to making a product, please check messages regularly so we can maintain a timely transaction and receipt of purchase.
